The quote's accuracy rate is about 90% — in 9 out of 10 instances, the estimated cost matches the final price. This reflects our commitment to transparency and our ability to assess the service requirements effectively.
What happens when the issue is different than expected?
We work with our customers if the actual cost is more than expected, and customers are never obligated to move forward.
Would the final charge ever be higher than the quote?
Sometimes the mechanics supporting the power window or power lock are caused by an unseen problem. When this happens, we find the root cause, and it can require more parts and labor than originally quoted. This happens less than 10% of the time.
